CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 020
Designer submitted a revised drawing for the Northeast access ramp to allow greater width for driveway access
between the bridge barrier wall and the garden wall and to remove the steep cross slope inside the driveway.
Pursuant to the terms of the original Contract Agreement, you are hereby directed to make the herein described
changes or do the following described work not included in the plans and specifications for this Contract. Unless
otherwise stated all work shall conform to the terms, general conditions, and special provisions of the original
Contract.
DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
This change order provides for partial removal of bridge barrier wall, 3" epoxy chamfer and 3" epoxy
over top of sidewalk, re -staining of bridge barrier finish, construction of 96' long retaining wall, crushed
miscellaneous base and compaction, concrete pavement, 16' wide metal gate assembly and raising of
sewer manhole as shown on attached revised drawings.
Price total will constitute full and complete compensation, including markups for construction work and
delays incurred.
