DEFERRED SUBMITTALS REQUIRED 1) *TENANT IMPROVEMENT/OCCUPANCY — This permit is for Shell construction and demising of unit. Separate Permits for occupant modifications and occupancy is required. Permit fees will be required. 2) FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM - Tenant Improvement plans must be submitted and reference the installing contractor performing the work. Permit fees will be required.
