MBA 2025-0007 to SP 1989-014 Taco Bell Exterior Modifications (08.07.2025)ta �GLINW August 7, 2025 Kira Ogle 3805 Valley Commons Dr. Suite 11 Bozeman, MT 59718 SUBJECT: MBA 2025-0007 TACO BELL EXTERIOR CHANGES 78932 HIGHWAY 111 Dear Kira Ogle: The Design and Development Department has reviewed your request to make exterior modifications to the existing Taco Bell building at 78932 Highway 111 within the One -Eleven La Quinta Shopping Center. The plan modifications are minor and will comply with the spirit and intent of Specific Plan 1989-014 and Conditional Use Permit 1993-006. The proposed building materials, architectural features and color palette are consistent with the existing building and originally approved elevations. The modifications are approved as shown on the attached exhibit, subject to the following conditions of approval: 1. The applicant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of La Quinta ("City"), its agents, officers and employees from any claim, action or proceeding to attack, set aside, void, or annul the approval of this Modification By Applicant. The City shall have sole discretion in selecting its defense counsel. The City shall promptly notify the applicant of any claim, action or proceeding and shall cooperate fully in the defense. 2. The applicant shall conform to all other corresponding conditions of approval for Specific Plan 1989-014 and Conditional Use Permit 1993-006. 3. Tenant Signs shall require separate permits. All signage shall comply with Sign Program 2002-668. 5. If parking spaces are proposed to be restriped, applicant shall restripe with a double four (4)-inch wide hairpin stripe markings to the satisfaction of the Planning Manager. All onsite parking shall comply with the requirements of La Quinta Municipal Code Section 9.150.080. 6. The applicant shall inform the City of La Quinta's Planning Division of any subsequent changes. Additional modifications may require subsequent review and may result in additional condition(s) of approval. ta �GLINW 7.
