Good morning,
I'm really excited to share with you that GovOS will be joining forces with Avenu Insights
& Analytics and Intellectual Technologies, Inc. (ITI), to create a new company called
Neumo.
Together, we will deliver modern software and services that enhance the trust, efficiency,
and convenience of interactions between you and the communities you serve.
The merger puts us on a stronger path to invest in our cloud platform to achieve our
mission of modernizing the business of government. You can read the press release

I have had the pleasure of meeting with most of you over my past three years with
GovOS, and I've heard in these conversations that many of you share three goals,
broadly speaking:
• Run your office with greater efficiency, capacity, and security;
• Provide easier and more convenient access to services; and
• Ensure revenue resilience to sustain the fiscal health of your community.

We are excited about what's to come, but what I most want to communicate today is what
you can expect in terms of our relationship. Our teams will be working to integrate over
the coming months, but rest assured that the teams that serve you today will continue to
do so, and you can still access Support and Success through our usual channels.
What's exciting for our teams is that the GovOS cloud software will provide the foundation
for Neumo. As such, you will see greater investment and improved functionality in our
software. We will continue to partner with you to build the very best solutions for powering
your mission -critical work.
Today, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to all of you who have been partners in this
journey and have helped us advance our products and team. I am very excited to
continue with the business and look forward to partnering with you as we start this new
chapter.
