Please be advised Turner Construction Company has a total bonding capacity in excess of $1.5
billion, and currently has available capacity, and is willing and able to provide, bonding for the
project to be constructed by CP Development La Quinta, LLC on the real property located
southeast of the Miles Avenue and Washington Street intersection, in the City of La Quinta,
County of Riverside, State of California, pursuant to that certain Disposition and Development
Agreement entered into by and between the La Quinta Redevelopment Agency and CP
Development La Quinta, LLC on or about December 18, 2003.
