The development proposes two hotels with a combined 340 hotel rooms, 95 hotel branded residential units, a conference center, approximately 300 resort residential units, approximately 40,000 square -foot of retail space, recreation areas and a 5,000 square foot golf clubhouse. The PSDA would provide for the partial reimbursement of transient occupancy tax (TOT) generated from the individual hotels to be paid to Silverrock Development Company LLC over a period of up to '15 years. Any person may submit written comments on this matter to the Community Development Department prior to the hearing and/or may appear and be heard in support of or opposition to this matter at the time of the hearing.
