The La Quinta Design and Development Department has prepared an Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Environmental Assessment (EA) 2002-453 (SCH #1999081020) for the SilverRock Resort pursuant to Sections 15162 and 15164 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
