The holder of such permit for the foundation or other parts of a building or structure shall proceed at the holder's own risk with the building operation and without assurance that a permit for the entire structure will be granted. The owner, applicant and contractor (provide separate form for each as applicable) assume all risks associated with phasing of this project. If an issue with a subsequent phase of the project affects an earlier phase, the work of the earlier phase must be exposed, modified to mitigate the issue, and inspected before proceeding. I acknowledge that obtaining a PBP incurs additional project risks above and beyond those normally associated with a Building Permit. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for scheduling and sequencing of work under each phase of the project. I understand that I am proceeding at my own risk, without assurance that a permit or certificate of occupancy for the building(s) will be granted until all applicable requirements of codes, laws and regulations are met. I agree not to proceed beyond the work scope approved by the City for each phase. I agree to assume any and all liability associated with the possibility of denials or delays associated with a Phased Building Permit. All Parties have been advise of this policy and the added risks. We thank you for your patience during this important review process, as we strive to ensure that the proposed addition meets with all of the conditions set forth in the HOAt current Architectural Guidelines. The Board of Directors have approved the plans pending the $25,000 construction deposit required for each lot. Please send check payable to Quarry HOA to the address above. Furter more, please provide further detail or information: The correction note regarding the illuminated address for the home was included as none was specified and the standard illuminated recess box from local hardware stores is not what is expected at the Quarry. The illuminated address is a code requirement for nighttime emergency response as well as homeowner convenience. It is normally done with individual numerals that are ground lit. It is a building code requirement, and you should check for minimum numeral sizes required. The Solar is a submittal requirement as we assume the architect would like to keep the look of the home as close to the original designed as possible. It is a code requirement and should appear as minimal as possible. As you say, different solar companies have different installation methods, different height off roof standards and in the past, when not thought of early the home is framed and solar is what the installer declares as necessary. It is a regular requirement for approval submittals in most high -end clubs in the valley. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the number listed above.
