Subject: Notice of Final Accounting
Project No. 2016-08, SilverRock Park Venue
Dear Mr. Brennan,
On July 20, 2021, the City Council accepted improvements within the subject project and
directed the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the office of the County Recorder.
A Notice of Completion was filed on July 21, 2021 and submitted for the process of
recordation by the County Recorder.
The following represents a final accounting according to the City’s records:
Original Contract Amount $4,218,879.75
Contract Change Order no. 1 - 15 $1,418,681.26
New Contract Total $5,637,561.01
Amount Billed to Date $5,637,995.63
Remaining Fiscal Commitment ($434.62)
Total Retention to be Released $0.00
Amount Remaining to be Billed $0.00
If there are not any Stop Notices for non-payment of subcontractors for materials and/or
labor filed with the City Clerk’s office, the City will release the retention 35 days after the
recording of the Notice of Completion. If there are Stop Notice(s) filed, the City will withhold
125% of the amount specified in the Stop Notice until such time as a Release of Stop Notice
is filed with the City Clerk.
If you are not in agreement with the final accounting and amount to be paid to Urban Habitat
please provide additional information that will substantiate your claim by Friday, May 6,
2022.
If you are in agreement with the final accounting and final amount to be paid to Urban
Habitat, please sign, date, and return this signed original to the City.
