We have the Notice to Proceed for the SilverRock Park Venue with the understanding the city would like
to commence with the project for which Urban Habitat has agreed to begin under a limited basis. As of
today, our firm is waiting for the following from the city:
• A monitor to oversee site trenching and other site excavations
• Geotechnical inspector
• City building permit from building and safety, if needed
• Water and electrical meters
In addition, we walked the existing site with the city officials and landscape architect and noticed the
following corrective items.
• Sewer point of connection was not at the location show on our plans. On-site SilverRock Resort
superintendent stated that the sewer connection was 150-200lf short of the location noted on
the bid documents.
• A major erosion scar on the RCP outlet location.
• Improper final grade on the Southeast parking lot.
• Parking lot drainage as currently designed to flow over existing dirt slope.
• Existing slope sheet flows water onto the proposed south west parking area.
Please provide a directive for repair and a tentative timeline of the above items.
