Dear Ubaldo,
NV5 is has reached the limit of fees for the staking services for this project and would request an
additional amount of $5,000.00 to be added to the original amount of $50,990.00 to cover the
following tasks .
Additional topo of the area around the proposed headwall. NV5 provided topo for the area in
September of 2019 and was asked to provide additional topo.
Re-stake of the Alongi Building, the building was originally staked in February of 2020
Provide staking of the re-designed headwall and riprap.
All terms of our original agreement with remain in place.
