TRACT ACCESS & WATER REQUIREMENTS: ACCESS Fire Department emergency vehicle apparatus access road locations and design shall be in accordance with the California Fire Code, La Quinta Municipal Code and Riverside County Fire Department Standards. 1) Certain designed areas will be required to be maintained as fire lanes and will require approved signs and/or red painted curbs. 2) Vehicle access gates shall be provided with KNOX Box, Padlock or Key-switch access. Most of the refunds are permits except for the 3 that are highlighted in yellow, which are licenses and the reason for their refunds are as follows: Permits - We need to process permit refunds due to duplicate payments that were received through our eTRAKIT system. 2 The duplicate payments were received due to errors customers were getting when paying for their permits. Licenses - Licenses need to be refunded due to the applicant paying multiple times the invoice that we sent via authorize. Please indicate: Response: Yes, the square footages for all three floor plans were increased as a result of the Planning Commissions requirement to revise the square footages. Additionally, the “C” elevation formerly shown as a “Farmhouse” elevation has been revised to an “Italianate” elevation making it more consistent with the elevation styles already built within the existing community. These changes were required by the Planning Commission and were approved at the 2/8/2022 Planning Commission hearing under SDP 2021-007.
