Guide mailed to all registered voters in your area, and made available to voters over the

requested a "Certificate of Insurance," the County's Risk Management Department will
forward a copy to you prior to Election Day for your records.
On Monday, October 6th the VBM team assigned to your location will arrive by 9:30 AM to
set up the Vote -by -Mail Drop Off box and their station. Please refer to your Availability
Letter for details & additional important dates and times.
Our offices will contact you a week before the election. If you are not contacted or if you
have any questions, please call the Registrar of Voters office Election Officers and Polls at

In preparation for the upcoming November 4, 2025, Statewide Special Election the County of
Riverside Registrar of Voters (ROV) would like to invite you to partner with us as a Vote -by -
Mail Drop -Off Location. Your site has been identified to closely meet our needs for public
access, accessibility, and visibility while servicing County of Riverside voters to be able to drop off
their mail ballot at your location.
With your agreement, the Registrar of Voters will staff and use a small area within your facility as a
Vote -by -Mail Drop -Off Location from:
