RE: Request for modified work hours. Polo Estates Development
Dear Mr. McMillen:
I hope you are well. please aecu: ), this letter as my formal request to allow our field staff and
crews to commence work at the Pogo Villas Project Tract No. 33085 at 5 00 a m instead of your
posted 6 00 a.m., from Mondays through Fridays only We would maintain the cities posted work
schedule for the weekends
As you know our world is experiencing record heat. the inclement desert weather makes for very
harsh working conditions. and being able to start work one -hour earlier would be beneficial to the
health. safety. and production of our crews I hubbly ask that you support this request. our protect
is isolated. and we own the properties to the north (existing 11 homes)
Should you grant my request and down the road experience issues or complaints with starting
one -hour earlier I would stop. and start at 6 00 a.m . per the city ordinance
I appreciate your time and consideration, should you have questions or want to discuss please
contact me anytime.
Thank you so much City Manager.
Respectfully submitted
Request Approved
