201 single family lots, three future condominium lots, and lettered lots for golf course and streets, as well as a 6.8 acre commercial lot at the northeast corner
of the project site. Site Development Permit (SDP) 2025-0001 provides for the development of the golf course and perimeter landscape and wall, and SDP
2025-0002 provides for the development of a sales center on 1.2 acres with access to Madison Street.
The La Quinta Design and Development Department has determined that this project Was analyzed In the Coral Mountain Specific Plan EIR (SCH
#Z021020310), and that no further environmental analysis is required, as allowed in CEOA Guidelines Section 15162. The Planning Commission will consider
this determination at the Hearing.
Any person may submit written comments on any of the contemplated actions listed above to the Design and Development Department at
Planning@La0uintaCA.00v before the Public Hearings and/or may appear and be heard in support of, or opposition to, the project at the time of the Public
