We relocated the Condenser units to the roof area above the Entry, above trusses L3-L8. The truss Designer has labeled the location of the Condenser pad contact support points above these trusses, along with the maximum weights allowed per the truss calculations. The Engineer of record has reviewed these trusses with the Condenser loads, and has approved this design with the Engineering Stamp. The Air Handlers were originally to be installed in the Attic space throughout the house. Once we determined the spray foam insulation thickness, we decided it would be best for future service, to relocate the Air Handlers to the roof. The Architect designed "Air Handler" rooms up on the roof, and support shelves where necessary to stack the units. The Engineer of Record reviewed this design, and has approved this additional wall and shelf system with the Engineering Stamp. These rooms are only a 6-6" extension from the original Parapet wall. Visually, the stone and stucco is only a minimal change that really cannot even be seen from the ground. The Air Handler Room changes should have already been uploaded.
