The Term of Agreement if Pacific West Industries Inc. is awarded the RFP CLQ12082025 On -Call HVAC
Maintenance Services Contract will be an initial period of three years with an option to extend
services for an additional two (2) years upon mutual agreement by both parties. The compensation
for Services for the entire life of the awarded agreement including the Initial and Extended terms
shall not exceed Two -Million Five -Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000). Hourly prices are for
Labor only - materials are an additional cost.

If awarded the contract for On -Call HVAC Maintenance Services with the City of La Quinta,
Pacific West Industries, Inc. will perform the majority of the work using its own qualified,
skilled, and certified workforce. Our in-house personnel possess the experience and
technical expertise necessary to perform the required HVAC maintenance, repair, and
replacement services in accordance with industry best practices and City standards.
In the event that a specific project requires specialized services beyond our internal
capabilities, Pacific West Industries, Inc. will notify the City in advance and obtain approval
prior to engaging any subcontractor. Any subcontractor utilized will be carefully selected
based on qualifications, licensing, certifications, and demonstrated experience to ensure
full compliance with contract requirements. Pacific West Industries, Inc. will remain fully
responsible for the performance, coordination, and quality of all subcontracted work.

Pacific West Industries, Inc. has no bankruptcies, past or pending litigation, planned office
closures or mergers, nor do we have any organizational conflicts of interest that may affect our
ability to perform the required duties.
