-Mail (VBM) Drop -Off Location for the June 2, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election.
By agreeing to let us use your facility as a City Hall Vote -by -Mail Drop -Off Location, you
ascribe to the Oath of Allegiance on the back of this form.
Please take a moment to confirm that we have the correct address and hours of operation
for this facility. The address as it appears below will be published in the County of Riverside
Voter Information Guide mailed to all registered voters in your area, and made available to
voters over the phone and on our website. Please advise us immediately of any
inaccuracies. If you requested a "Certificate of Insurance," the County's Risk Management
Department will forward a copy to you prior to Election Day for your records.
Beginning Monday, April 20, 2026, a representative from our office will contact you to
schedule delivery of the assigned ballot box. Deliveries will take place starting the week of
Monday, April 27, 2026. Please refer to your Availability Letter for details & additional
important dates and times. If you are not contacted or if you have any questions, please
contact Jonna McCormick at (951) 486-7348 or (877) 663-9906 (toll free). In the meantime,
thank you for providing your City Hall as a Vote -by -Mail Drop -Off Location for your
community. Your assistance ensures the citizens in your area the opportunity to exercise
their fundamental right to vote.

County of Riverside Registrar of Voters (ROV).
This agreement serves as confirmation for the use of City Hall for the June 2, 2026,
Statewide Direct Primary Election during the following dates:
VBM Ballot Box(es) delivery:
Monday, April 27, 2026 - Wednesday, April 29, 2026 (date/time arranged with you and ROV)
Note: The ballot box is approximately 2' x 3' and must be maintained behind a counter in a secure area.
Note: Upon delivery of the ballot box, ROV staff will provide training on current procedures for collecting ballots.
VBM Operation must be available to the public from:
Monday, May 4, 2026 - Monday, June 1, 2026 (City Hall business hours)
Note: The above dates DO NOT include weekends and holidays.
Note: ROV staff will retrieve ballots twice a week (date/time arranged with you and ROV)
Election Day, Tuesday, June 2, 2026 (7:00AM — 8:OOPM)
Post -election VBM Ballot Box retrieval:
Election Day, Tuesday, June 2, 2026, close of polls at 8:OOPM
As in previous elections, we will require a staff member from your facility to verify that the person dropping
off the ballot is the person whose name appears on the ballot envelope or is an "Authorized Return Agent"
for the voter. We greatly appreciate your support for making democracy convenient and for your
consideration of continued partnership for the upcoming election. Please return this completed form
by Wednesday, February 4, 2026 to JMcCormick@rivco.org.
