This agreement applies to the County of Riverside Registrar of Voters and for the use of
La Quinta City Hall for the June 2, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election.
The County of Riverside shall indemnify and hold harmless from any liability
whatsoever, based or asserted, upon any act or omission of the County, its officers,
agents and employees, for damage of any kind or nature, relating to or in any way
connected with or arising from its use of the premises, and the County shall defend, at
its expense, including attorneys' fees, its officers, agents and employees in any legal
action based upon such alleged acts or omissions.
The Authority for the Registrar of Voters to execute this use permit is contained in
Resolution No. 86-183 heretofore approved by the County's Board of Supervisors on
May 6, 1986.

This is to confirm that your facility, identified above, has been selected as a vote center for
the June 2, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election. By agreeing to let us use your
facility as a vote center, you ascribe to the Oath of Allegiance on the back of this form.
Please take a moment to confirm that we have the correct address for this facility. The
address as it appears below will be published in the County of Riverside Voter Information
Guide mailed to all registered voters in your area, and made available to voters over the
phone and on our website. Please advise us immediately of any inaccuracies. If you
requested a "Certificate of Insurance," the County's Risk Management Department will
forward a copy to you prior to Election Day for your records.
A Lead Election Officer for your site will contact you to arrange for access to the facility
prior to the beginning of the voting period for set up to guarantee access to the facility.
Equipment will be delivered by the Registrar of Voters no later than Thursday, May 21,
2026 and must be set up by our Election Officers no later than Friday, May 22, 2026.
Please refer to your Availability Letter for details & additional important dates and
times.
Our offices will contact you a week before the election. If you are not contacted or if you
have any questions, please call the Registrar of Voters office Election Officers and Polls at
(951) 486-7341 or (877) 663-9906 (toll free). In the meantime, thank you for providing a
vote center location for your community. Your assistance ensures the citizens in your area
the opportunity to exercise their fundamental right to vote.

11-Day Vote Center Availability Request Letter
In preparation for the upcoming June 2, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election, the County
of Riverside Registrar of Voters (ROV) has identified your facility as an Eleven -Day Vote Center
as it meets our needs for public access, visibility, and/or applicable by Elections Code § 12283.
If selected, the Registrar of Voters will staff and use your facility as an Eleven -Day Vote Center
during the following dates:
Setup Day: Friday May 22, 2026 (time arranged with you and ROV)
Vote Center (VC) Operation:
• Saturday, May 23, 2026 - Monday, June 1, 2026 (8:OOAM — approx. 6:OOPM)
Note: End time is subject to voter turnout.
• Election Day, Tuesday, June 2, 2026 (6:OOAM — approx. 11:OOPM)
Note: End time is subject to voter turnout.
• The above dates include all weekends and Memorial Day.
Additional Important Dates:
• VC router connectivity testing (time/date arranged with you and Riverside County IT— RCIT):
Monday, May 4, 2026 - Thursday, May 14, 2026
• VC equipment delivery (time/date arranged with you and transfer company):
