This impact will include both temporary and permanent effects. Temporary impacts include jobs and revenues created during the construction of the facility and related costs. Permanent economic impacts are generated by jobs created, and ongoing revenues realized by service providers. Our studies identify significant economic events resulting from the construction and operation of a proposed facility; consider event patron surveys to estimate spending patterns; analyze relevant municipal revenues; and project the impact on the market. We estimate three types of economic impact, including Direct -Effect Impact, Indirect or Induced Impact, and Final Impact on local economies.
