STAFFING AND OPERATIONS PLAN
Al SolutionConnections LLC will implement a hybrid service delivery model utilizing a
professional call center partner to ensure full 24-hour coverage, combined with internal
oversight to maintain quality, compliance, and performance standards.
Service Coverage:
• 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays
• Live agents available at all times (no automated -only responses)
Call Handling Process:
• All calls will be answered live within industry -standard response times
• Agents will follow the City of La Quinta's provided script and call flow procedures
• Incidents will be documented in real-time and categorized appropriately
• Calls requiring escalation will be immediately routed to designated STVR local
contacts
• If no response is received within required timeframes, escalation protocols will be
followed in accordance with City requirements

• Supervisory staff available at all times for escalation and quality assurance

PRICING PROPOSAL — 24-HOUR LIVE ANSWERING SERVICES
Al SolutionConnections LLC proposes the following pricing structure:
Base Monthly Service Fee: $3,200.00
Includes:
• 24/7 live call answering services
• Call handling using City -provided scripts
• Incident documentation and reporting
• Contact and escalation to designated local contacts
• Email reporting to City staff
• Secure tracking and logging of all call activity
Optional Services (if required):
• Additional call volume (over standard threshold): $2.00 per call
• Customized reporting enhancements: Negotiable
All pricing shall remain firm for the duration of the initial agreement term.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Al SolutionConnections LLC acknowledges the insurance requirements outlined in the
City of La Quinta's Request for Proposals for 24-Hour Live Answering Services.
If selected, Al SolutionConnections LLC agrees to procure and maintain all required
insurance coverage, including but not limited to Commercial General Liability, Automobile
Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Professional Liability, in the minimum amounts
specified in the RFP.
