6. Subcontracting Services
UNIWORTH Security Services does not propose to subcontract any portion of the Scope of Services for
this contract with the City of La Quinta. All services will be performed exclusively by UNIWORTH Security
Services’ trained, licensed, and supervised personnel.
This in-house service delivery model ensures:
• Full accountability and direct control over all operations
• Consistent service quality and performance standards
• Uniform training, reporting procedures, and compliance practices

By maintaining all services internally, UNIWORTH Security Services minimizes risks associated with
subcontracting, including inconsistent performance, communication gaps, and reduced oversight. This
approach supports reliable and professional service delivery aligned with the City of La Quinta’s
operational expectations.
Conditional Subcontracting (If Deemed Necessary by the City)
UNIWORTH Security Services acknowledges that subcontracting is not preferable under this RFP;
however, if it can be demonstrated to the City of La Quinta’s satisfaction that subcontracting a limited
portion of the services is in the best interest of the project, it may be considered.
In such circumstances, UNIWORTH Security Services will:
• Obtain prior written approval from the City of La Quinta before engaging any subcontractor
• Clearly define the specific role and limited scope of the subcontractor
• Ensure that any subcontractor is properly licensed, insured, and qualified in accordance with all

applicable California regulations
• Maintain full responsibility and accountability for all subcontracted services
• Require subcontractors to adhere to the same performance standards, training requirements, and
reporting protocols as UNIWORTH personnel
Assignment
UNIWORTH Security Services understands and agrees that assignment of the contract is prohibited. The
Company will not assign, transfer, or delegate any contractual obligations without the prior written consent
of the City of La Quinta.

of La Quinta.

• UNIWORTH Security Services has not experienced any significant prior or ongoing agreement
failures within the past five (5) years.
• The Company is not currently involved in any civil or criminal litigation or investigation that would
affect its ability to perform the services required by the City of La Quinta.

within the past five (5) years that is relevant to the services proposed under this RFP.
