The applicant proposes the development of 91 single-family homes on previously
subdivided lots within the Coral Mountain Club, located southwest of Avenue 58
and Madison Street. The Site Development Permit includes 5 model types, each
with two elevation styles, as well as individual lot landscaping. The homes will
range in size from 3,281 to 6,521 square feet. The homes will be located in the
eastern half of the community.
The La Quinta Design and Development Department has determined that this
project was analyzed in the Coral Mountain Specific Plan EIR (SCH #2021020310)-
and that no further environmental analysis is required, as allowed in CEQA Gu' elines Section 15162. The Planning Commission will
