Decor IQ’s main office and warehouse are located in Garden Grove,
California. This same Orange County location will serve as the primary
office supporting and servicing this project, allowing for responsive, hands
on local support throughout installation, maintenance, and removal.
All information and pricing provided within this proposal are valid for a
period of no less than 90 days from the date of submission.
Decor IQ certifies that any individual assigned to perform work for the City
is free of any conflict of interest and will perform all services in accordance
with applicable standards, regulations, and ethical business practices.

Decor IQ has been providing commercial holiday décor and large scale experiential lighting services for 12 years. Over this time, the firm
has successfully designed, installed, and maintained holiday lighting programs for a wide range of clients including municipalities,
shopping centers, and entertainment destinations such as Universal Studios Hollywood, Disneyland, the City of Glendora, and Palm
Springs.
Decor IQ brings 12 years of direct experience performing the services outlined in this RFP, including design, engineering, installation,
seasonal maintenance, and removal of large scale commercial holiday décor and lighting systems.

Decor IQ is a Limited Liability Company (LLC). The firm’s corporate office is located in San Antonio, Texas. This proposal and project will be
managed and serviced out of Decor IQ’s Garden Grove, California warehouse, allowing for responsive, local support throughout the
duration of the project.
Decor IQ maintains all required insurance coverages and meets or exceeds the minimum insurance requirements typically required for
municipal contracts. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request. Decor IQ will coordinate closely with City staff to ensure minimal
disruption to daily operations.
Decor IQ has no record of significant prior or ongoing litigation, contract failure, or negative performance history within the last 5 years.
Decor IQ does not anticipate the use of subcontractors. If required, all subcontractors will be disclosed and approved by the City before
engagement.

As a Southern California based firm with a dedicated operations team in Orange County, Decor IQ is
uniquely positioned to provide fast, responsive field support. In the event of any service related issue
attributable to Decor IQ, our team will mobilize and respond within 48 hours to assess and resolve the
condition, minimizing disruption to the City’s holiday program.
For multi year agreements, Decor IQ provides proactive refurbishment and asset management
services. This includes detailed inspection, repair, rewrapping, and strategic replacement of
components to maintain a high quality appearance year after year, while reducing long term
replacement costs and extending the life of the City’s investment.

consistent, dependable, and well maintained holiday program over time.
