custorn decorations for the City of La Quinta.
We look forward to partnering with the City of La Quinta Holiday Decor Program for the
city, including interior holiday decor at City Hall, exterior holiday decor on the Civic Center
Campus, and exterior holiday decor at the La Quinta Museum, Casita, Lumbeyard, Wellness

Dana Point's Happy Harbor Days holiday program. Each year, over 662,000 lights illuminate Dana
Point Harbor, transforming it into a dazzling winter wonderland. Iconic displays include giant

and electrical challenges, our installations seamlessly blended with Sedona's natural beauty,

enhancing the travel experience with festive holiday decor. We're excited to continue this
partnership with a newly signed three-year contract, with the option to extend through the 2028
holiday season.
Overthe years, we've expanded the airport's holiday decor program, transforming the space with
multiple 20+ foot trees, over a mile of garland at check -in, elegant baggage claim wreaths,
illuminated palm trees, and festive selfie stations —giving travelers the perfect spot to capture
holiday memories.

In 2018, Donahue Schriber reached out to Shine Illumination to reimagine the holiday experience at Del
Mar Highlands Shopping Center, which was losing seasonal foot traffic to new competing centers.
Shine Illumination became the creative force behind what is now an iconic holiday display, delivering the
largest installation we had built to date. Over two years, we designed and fabricated a stunning collection
of interactive and larger -than -life displays, including:
• A 30-foot RGB-animated Surfboard Tree
• A 20-foot Santa Claus and reindeer, engineered to be installed across the center's rooftop
• A giant walk-through igloo featuring animatronic penguins interacting with guests
• A surfing penguin chased by a Santa -hat -wearing shark, staged as a rooftop scene
• A bobblehead penguin, giant starfish, and three drive -through starburst canopy entrances that
left visitors in awe
Each season, our themed displays captivate visitors, drawing crowds from across the country. Working
closely with the Donahue Schriberteam, we also integrated hashtags and interactive photo ops, amplifying
engagement and making the experience even more immersive.
As this beloved holiday tradition continues at Del Mar Highlands, we're thrilled to announce our expansion
to One Paseo across the street, bringing even more breathtaking displays and festive magic to the
community this year.

Shine Illumination was selected by Five Point Development and The Great Park Neighborhoods
marketing team to craft a magical holiday experience for new neighborhoods of the Great Parks,
as well as the surrounding community public areas.
Since 2017, we have designed unique, immersive displays for each new neighborhood as it
opened, including new events like the Harvest Pumpkin Glow at Beacon Park and the Glow
Experience at Bosque Park and our newest fall festival Let It Glow at Cadence Park, a highly
anticipated attraction across all nine Great Park Neighborhood communities.
Each year, the project continues to expand, consistently exceeding expectations. The dazzling
holiday displays are visible from miles away. Thousands of lights woven through surrounding
trees and showers of lights thought the canopies wow residents and passersby alike creating an

transform the City of La Quinta Civic Center Campus and surrounding facilities into a vibrant
seasonal destination. This program blends elevated design, immersive lighting, and
interactive photo moments to create a cohesive holiday environment that drives community

Program Highlights
Interior — City Hall Experience
City Hall will be enhanced with premium holiday decor, including pre -lit garland, decorated
sprays, and coordinated design elements throughout key interior spaces. A featured A Night
to Shine" illuminated marquee photo installation will serve as a warm, inviting focal point —
designed to encourage interaction and create timeless holiday memories.
