Displays The display market is a market where many displays are not top-quality displays. Premier Holiday Design deals with the largest display house in Greece. This vendor is known to have the top quality and largest selection of fun & festive designs in the world. Any displays selected by you and your team will be brand new, not used & weathered products. Displays, we purchase from China are directly purchased from us and there is no middle man, so our pricing is very competitive. On the domestic product displays, we receive very generous discounts to pass on to our clients, as we have been dealing with these vendors, some over 20 years. We are pleased to offer full post copywriting — either authored by our team or developed collaboratively with City staff — so your content is ready to publish with minimal effort on your end. All footage and imagery is delivered to the City of La Quinta as exclusive property, with full rights signed over upon delivery. No licensing fees, no restrictions. Total Cost - $TBD (Includes installation & take down) Please note: There are 2 ways to accomplish bringing a music system to City Hall Campus. 1. A Sonos setup is a very practical and cost-effective solution. The system runs entirely through WiFi and is controlled via the Sonos app on any smartphone or tablet — playlists can be built in advance, adjusted on the fly, and the system can be turned on and off in seconds. There is no complicated programming, no technician needed, and no ongoing system costs. Sonos sounds system will need to be tested to ensure there is adequate WIFI coverage in the park. For an open park setting, i would recommend deploying two to four Sonos Move 2 units — the Move 2 is the brand's flagship portable outdoor speaker, featuring an IP56 dust and water resistance rating, a built-in handle for easy transport, and a stereo driver arrangement for a fuller, more dynamic sound experience. The Move 2 is priced at approximately $450 per unit putting a four -speaker setup at roughly $1,800.00 total — with no installation costs since the units are portable and can either be plugged in or battery - powered. We would charge a consultant fee of $1000.00 to facilitate the completion of this selected option for the City of LaQuinta, including purchasing the product, (Total $2800,00) The tradeoff compared to a permanent commercial system is volume and coverage; the Move 2 will create a wonderful ambient atmosphere close to the displays (or wherever the speakers are placed) but won't project sound across a large open park the way a mounted commercial speaker system would. This would also ensure nearby residents are not hearing it. If the goal is ambiance over wide coverage, however, it is a smart, budget -conscious choice that keeps things simple for City staff. Some things to know. I am not sure how far they can be placed away from the WIFI access point so that's something we would have to figure out with the city asap. Residential systems are designed to operate in a small space, like a home, and close to WIFI. However, the Sonos speakers I have selected also come with a Bluetooth option that extends the range to potentially 800 feet. but without testing it out, or further information from the city about the their WIFI capabilities, it's hard to say what our options for speaker placement would be with this system. 2. A professional set up from Atlas IED Atmosphere. I have attached information on the company for your review, If you are going to commit to bringing this celebration of holiday music to your venue year after year, you might want to source this as an option, as after the initial cost, you own the system for years to come.
