Phased Work Plan a. Pre -Season Planning and Coordination i. Planning begins well in advance of each holiday season and includes site reviews, confirmation of decor locations, assessment of assets, power availability verification, and coordination. TCK will work collaboratively with La Quinta to finalize placement plans that remain adaptable to evolving conditions. b. Installation Execution Installation activities are carefully sequenced by location and access requirements. Work is scheduled during approved off-peak and overnight windows whenever possible to minimize operational disruption. All installations adhere to La Quinta safety requirements, ADA compliance,OSHA standards, and security protocols, including badging, background checks, and escort procedures where required. With an enlarged team, we feel confident in our ability to install within a 2-3 day window for the decor components. c. Maintenance and Seasonal Support i. Once installed, TCK provides ongoing maintenance throughout the holiday season. Our maintenance approach ensures decor remains visually consistent, safe, and fully operational through the project deployment. d. Removal and Storage i. Post -season removal is planned with the same attention to safety and efficiency as installation. All decor is carefully dismantled, inventoried, and transported for secure off-season storage. TCK manages refurbishment and repairs during storage to ensure readiness for the following season. e. Schedule Control and Coordination i. TCK understands the importance of schedule certainty. Our project managers use detailed installation schedules, location -specific task plans, and daily progress tracking to ensure milestones are met. SUBCONTRACTING SERVICES It is not in our operational plan to utilize any subcontractor assistance on this project. DISCLOSURES N/A.
