Charter High School, at an existing vacant 5,011 square -foot suite located at 78900 Highway 111, within the One Eleven
La Quinta Shopping Center. The proposed location will be a Resource Center for students and parents to meet with
instructors and counselors.
The La Quinta Design and Development Department has determined that this project is exempt from environmental
review pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1) of the California Environmental Quality Act for Existing Facilities, as it consists
of minor alterations of an existing building involving negligible or no expansion of an existing or former use. The Planning
Commission will consider this determination at the Hearing.
