Client/Office Managers are automatically notified to initiate the plan check process. • WC3 will verify that submitted documents are complete and notify the City of La Quinta of any missing information. a • Plans are reviewed to understand scope and tasks, and significant Plan Check code items are identified and discussed with relevant staff. • The Client/Office Manager assigns WC3 plan examiners and monitors progress. Consistent points of contact will be maintained for the City of La Quinta throughout the project. • Plan review comment lists are structured to easily align with the City of La Quinta's preferred format. • Copies of all plan check comments and correspondence will be sent directly to the City of La Quinta via email. • Documents are resubmitted to begin the recheck process. Expedited Pian Review Services WC3 offers expedited plan review services to accelerate initial reviews by experienced plans examiners. Clients can request expedited reviews by submitting projects as usual with a note indicating the need for acceleration. WC' maintains the same quality for expedited reviews, allocating additional staffing as needed to meet the City of La Quinta's deadlines. Initial comments, including corrections, will be provided within five (5) business days from the submittal date. Subsequent reviews can also be expedited, though they are typically completed in the order received. Expedited reviews are performed at 150% of standard hourly rates. INSPECTION SERVICES Our team of inspectors provide building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems inspections for residential and commercial projects of all sizes and scope.
