As requested, MDS Consulting has performed an as -built survey of the structure constructed on Lot 2 of your
tract We located the actual location of the structure on all four sides, as well as locating the actual sideyard walls in
relationship to the recorded lot lines. The structure and side yard walls were all constructed per plan.
It should be noted that the plan setback dimensions are to the slab, whereas the final plaster wall line extends
0.12' to 0.15' beyond the slab -
