NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of La Quinta City Council will hold a PUBLIC
HEARING on June 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in the La Quinta City Hall Council Chamber,
78495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California, on the following item:
FISCAL YEAR 2025/2026 ANNUAL STAFFING VACANCIES REPORT
The City Council will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Government Code Section
3502.3 to provide an update on the current status of job vacancies within the City of La
Quinta and to discuss recruitment and retention efforts for fiscal year 2025/2026. This
hearing will also provide an opportunity for any recognized employee organization to
present information. All interested persons are invited to be present and be heard.
Any person may submit written comments on the contemplated action listed above to the
attention of Human Resources Deputy Director Carla Triplett prior to the Public Hearing,
and/or may appear and be heard in support of, or opposition to the item at the time of the
Hearing. If you challenge the decision of the action listed above in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues that you or someone else raised either at the Public
Hearing or in written correspondence delivered to Human Resources at or prior to the
Public Hearing. For additional information, please contact Human Resources at (760)

In the City's efforts to comply with the requirements of Title II of the Americans With
