The folloyAng are plan revisions for the Heritage Project:
Plan I &
Relocate F.A.U. from interior hallway to garages.
Have revised base floor plan and A,13 elevations to full three car garage spas 8s.
The base plan is now the same as the guest suite with three car garage options,
Have also raise garage top plate from 8 foot to 9 foot.
The "G" elevations are not effected

This letter is in response to the changes made to the garage plate heights at the subject project.
Although the plate heights have been changed from S' to 9', the header heights over the openings
to the garages have not changed. These garage headers are continuous over the shear walls at the
sides of the garage openings so the height to width ratios of these walls have not changed and no
change is required to the holdowns at these shear walls.
