In checking, it appears y'all sent the request in twice - once on 6/23 from Lucy Luna (ad # 12433780), and then again on 6/24 from Mirta Lerma (ad #12438405). Both submissions were processed on our end on the day they were submitted. I have the 7/6 run date cancelled for ad # 12438405 - only 12433780 will run on that day. Billing would be for both ads on 6/29 on account of the duplicate submission, and then of course only the 1 ad for the 2nd run date. Thank you! Erin Oettinger Public Notices Supervisor USA TODAY CO.
