The purpose of this email is to voice our opposition and concerns about the renovation of the
main pool at La Quinta Resort. As tennis villa owners this project will significantly impact the
villa properties unless there are major modifications to their plans. Their rendering in no way
conforms to the historical and unique style of the resort. It would turn it into a Disney water park.
Can’t express how upsetting this is to our tranquil community.
Can you please provide a timeline for this project and is there going to be some kind of public
hearing at a time when owners are actually here.
