Good Morning Jack,
As you may know, MSA has resubmitted on the pool CUP. I have a question about your
incompleteness letter, and what I'm assuming are misinterpretations by MSA. Regarding
the statement of operations, you asked for "types of equipment and processes used."
Their response is all about construction equipment to be used. I'm thinking that's not
what you meant. I'm thinking you wanted specs and location of the pool equipment
they're using and any pool processes (refills, backwash, etc.) that they were going to
use. Am I correct?
They've got lots of other issues with the resubmitted plans, so I want to give them a
comprehensive, bullet by bullet "do this" with the next letter, and want to make sure I get
it right!
