TO REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

RFP: YMCA FENCE AND TRASH ENCLOSURE PROJECT NO. 2025-10 & CIVIC
CENTER BRIDGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 2026-07
The following provisions are hereby incorporated into the RFP for the above-referenced
consulting services, originally published on July 09, 2026.
1. Professional Liability insurance coverage is required for this project, therefore,
Request for Proposal (Page 4) General Terms and Conditions Section 16.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, Professional Liability
(Errors and Omissions) currently reads:
Professional Liability (Errors and Omissions):
Errors and Omissions liability insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per claim
Request for Proposal (Page 4) General Terms and Conditions Section 16.
