Note: Although Convergint inspected all facilities prior to submitting this bid, it is not feasible to inspect condition of all 56 intersections' underground traffic conduit. Convergint's proposal is based on the assumption that all intersection underground conduit is in good shape and existing pathways are accessible for cable placement without removal of existing cables and that all line of site for wireless radios are achievable per City's design documents. Convergint's proposal does not include installing new underground intersection conduit nor removing existing cables from existing conduit at any traffic intersection. Based on Convergint's experience working with the City during the pilot, we do not anticipate any challenges with the City's existing traffic conduit; nonetheless, Convergint will work with the City in helping find resolution, potentially at added cost, in the event such obstacles are encountered. Bid Schedule 1210-5 Bid Amount of each of the above Bid Items must be filled in and completed. It is understood that the quantities shown hereon are but estimates and the bidder is responsible to verify quantities prior to submitting a bid.
