Efforts (e.g. in advertisements and solicitations) made to assist interested DBEs in
obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance, necessary equipment, supplies,
materials or related assistance or services, excluding supplies and equipment the DBE
subcontractor purchases or leases from the prime contractor or its affiliate:
On September 2, 2022, September 9, 2022, and September 26, 2022, MCM
Construction sent emails to DBE firms including our solicitation letter with information
regarding bonding, lines of credit or insurance as well as information regarding
assistance for equipment, suppliers, materials and all other services. This information
was also included in all advertisements placed (See attachment #5 for
advertisement information),
