they have reached stipulated possession bot no final resolution has been reached.

sign agreement. He has a lot of questions about access on Dune Palms. Told us to proceed with

counsel. Since this would be a conflict of interest, they will get a referral.

He indicated that he would have his attorney review same.

Met with owner's rep Casey Griffin and presented offer. It was a very corgial meeting and Casey
indicated he thought that the offer would be accepted by the owner and that i should prepare the
agreement.

Subject: La Quinta - Dune Palms Bridge Project
Good morning gentlemen. Hope all is well with you both. We finally got our Caltrans authorization
to proceed with the acquisition of the properties needed for the above project. It has been a long
time coming. Next step is to take the appraisals to the council in closed session to get the
appraisals approved, establish compensation and get authorization to proceed with the project and
extend the offers.
I will forward the appraisals and review appraisals to you under separate cover shortly.
We would like to put a schedule together as soon as possible and need to know how soon you think
you would be able to get this matter on the council agenda.
