tenants purchased for more than their comparable amount established in their relocation
eligibility, they will be able to receive the entire refund amount due to buyer from the replacement
escrow account.

Set- Appt with both Ivette and Juan. Juan's father was at the home and said he was visiting for the
summer. Offer presentation, provided Title VI info, Relocation Plan Translation, obtain lawful
status to provide adivisory assitance. Tenant will be waiting for relocation assistance and is working
with an agent as they want to purchase a home prior to the start of the new school year.

Called Ivette and let her know that we mailed her the relocation plan and to call me if she needs
assistance with language. She speaks English but her husband does not. She also was provided with
an update to the plan regarding no legal status for her husband. Re-assured her that this would not
be a problem since the City would use their own funds to provide assistance. Non-Federal. She is
off on Mondays for future reference.
