Escrow with First American Title for the tenants replacement site closed. Due to the fact that the
tenants purchased for more than their comparable amount established in their relocation eligibility,
they will be able to receive the entire refund amount due to buyer from the replacement escrow
account.

DS&S inspection at replacement site with claimant Ivette Trujillo was present. Most repairs as noted
in the previous DS&S had been prepared with the exception of some exposed wiring located
underneath an above kitchen cabinet and a missing bedroom window screen. Subsequently the
inspection was failed and the claimant will be contacting their agent to make the necessary repairs.

using the NOE notice and provided guidance as to the use of their benefits to purchase a mobile
home.

New Interview for Relocation, Explanation of relocation program, translation of Relocation Plan and
advisory of comments to the plan if any due date, ID's verified, lawful presence for signature. Juan
refused to disclose lawful status but prior plan interview he disclosed that he was not lawfully
present in the us. Advised that the relocation funds to assist him would be provided by the City as
this may cause a hardship to their family unit relocation. Request of documentation to establish
eligibility.
