Subject: Proposals for Dune Palms Bridge CMI
The City has received three (3) proposals from qualified professional consultants to provide
Construction Management, Inspection, Survey, and Material Testing Services for the Dune Palms
Road Bridge Project, Federal Project No. BRKLS-5433(014), City Project No. 2011-05. The
consultant proposals were provided electronically for your review and comment. To assist in your
evaluation of the attached proposals, the City has included a proposal evaluation form for you to
complete for each proposal, a copy of the City’s request for proposal (RFP), Addendum No. 1, and
the Pre-Proposal Conference PowerPoint Presentation. Please also complete the Caltrans LAPM
Chapter 10 Exhibit 10-T (Conflict of Interest & Confidentiality Statement) provided.
SCHEDULE
I suggest the following schedule for the remainder of the consultant selection process:
Committee Review/Evaluation Proposals January 4, 2022
9:00 – 10:30 AM
Consultant Interviews (If necessary) January 20, 2022
