Update to be provided today at 1:00 by Dave C. * Vacant Commercial – Update to be provided today at 1:00 by Dave C. I have already let Julie know that I have a conflict at 1:00 today for the video call, but can join in as soon as my noon video call wraps up. CVWD Channel Coordination: * Outline of Tech Memo attached. We will be working on the document this week with an anticipated submittal by the end of the week. CVWD Sewer & Water Relocation Plans: * Watermain variances have been approval for the State Health Department (four locations where water main was below either storm drain (3) and sewer main (1)), per letter sent out last week in an email. * Per CVWD, plans have been approved and will be released with submittal of a number of requested items. Working on getting what we can at this point, but will work with CVWD staff on releasing plans sooner than later. Sent over engineers estimate for water and sewer along with CAD files for both plans. Will need to provide Bill of Sale, executed copy of relocation agreement, city insurance package and final plan check fees. A couple of prior will not be able to be sent until prior to construction (Insurance) since the start is still up in the air. IID Coordination: * Per call last week, waiting on IID’s final decision for relocation which will also affect the shoo fly design. I will follow up with staff later this afternoon to see where they are at in the process. PS&E Submittal * In City review. * Working on additional CV Link elements per the most recent change order. Anticipate those to be wrapped up by next week. * Will need to work out the final Bid Schedule with the additive alternates and other section breakouts. CV Link Elements * Per email on Friday, looking for City approval to insert the soffit panel element into the bridge package. If approved by the City, we will work with BestSigns and Alta on getting the remaining information (specifications and estimate) to insert into final package. * I will be reaching out to CVAG this week again on the final decision/direction for the interim connection. Let me know if you have any questions on the above or will need additional information. Thanks. Brad Donais, P.E.
