Item #1 / Page 1 Please check spelling of John Glenn This has been corrected Completed by D.Meier 06/02/2015
Item #2 / Page 3 The plans and specs for the Road Widening
Project are likely not 90% any more since we
changed the road alignment. Maybe Scott
Onishuk can offer you an alternative percent
complete to put in that paragraph.
After discussion with the project engineer,
we made the revisions to the Project
Description that will be uniform in all the
Technical Studies; the statement pertaining
to the 90% completion of the Road
Widening Project was deleted in the revised
Project Description.
The revised Project Description was

Item #3 / Page 3 To protect reimbursable funding, shouldn’t we
tie slope protection installation requirements to
scour mitigation requirements, rather than a
CVWD requested maintenance road? Even
though this is a DRIS, it is part of the paper trail,
so I thought I’d ask the question.
After discussion with the project engineer,
we made the revisions to the Project
Description that will be uniform in all the
Technical Studies; the statement pertaining
to the CVWD requested maintenance road
was deleted in the revised Project
Description. A statement exists in the
project description regarding the need for
the slope protection as a scour
countermeasure.

Item #4 / Page 3 I didn’t check all of the dimensions for the lane
widths etc. Please check with Brad that they
match Tim’s selected alignment and cross
section. I think it does, but let’s make sure.
The Project Engineer has confirmed that all
the noted dimensions in comment #4 are
correct.
No changes required.
