address on file within SM&I's system. Please keep agency
contacts updated by emailing Bridgelnfo@dot.ca.gov.
Click on the Self Registration link from the invitation email.

Enter your name, create a password (repeat for verification), and
click SIGN U P to establish your folder access. All set!
Your agency's folder will contain Bridge Inspection Reports (BIRs)
and other bridge data files. Subfolders will be populated on the
first of every month with a transmittal letter, BIRs, and 2 versions
of Work Recommendation extracts for your use. For example, on
Feb1, all BIRs finalized into SM&I's archive system during the
month of January will be transmitted to you through this FILR
shared folder.
