DIR Project Vendor Information 1260-1 SECTION COMPLIANCE WITH IRAN CONTRACTING ACT QE 2010 Pursuant to the Iran Contracting Act of 2010 (Pub. Contract Code, § 2200 et seq.), (a) Contractor shall be ineligible to bid on or submit a proposal for any contract for One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) or more if Contractor engages in investment activities in Iran as defined in Public Contract Code Section 2202.5, and/or if Contractor is identified on the list of persons engaging in investment activities in Iran prepared by the State of California pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 2203 subdivision (b).
