by the City of La Quinta. This deed is being recorded to correct errors in the Quitclaim Deed
recorded 3/17/2016 as Doc. #2016-0104327. This quitclaim deed corrects the City of La Quinta
file number from 2015-008 to 2015-0008 and now includes the approval signature of the Public
Works Director/City Engineer of the City of La Quinta, which was omitted from the original.
