RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE CITY
OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING CERTAIN
CLASSIFICATIONS OF CITY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
AS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE CITATIONS FOR CERTAIN
VIOLATIONS OF LAW.
WHEREAS, Section 1.08.050 of the La Quinta Municipal Code
provides that certain officers and employees may be designated by
resolution of the City Council to exercise arrest and citation
authority as to specified violations of law;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of La Quinta that the following classifications of officers and
employees of the City of La Quinta hereby are designated to exercise
the arrest and citation authority prescribed in Section 1.08.050 of
the La Quinta Municipal Code as to the violations of law which are
set forth below, next to their designations:
