CONSTRUCT ADAMS STREET AND AVENUE 48 IMPROVEMENTS
MOTION It was moved by Board Members Perkins/Holt to approve the

LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WASHINGTON STREET AND MILES
AVENUE. NEGOTIATOR FOR POTENTIAL ACQUISITION: JOHN SALINERO.
2. CONFERENCE WITH CITY'S REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR PURSUANT TO
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.8 CONCERNING POTENTIAL TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF AGENCY ACQUISITION OF A DEED OF TRUST FOR REAL
ESTATE INTEREST IN PROPERTY TO BE DETERMINED. PROPERTY OWNER:
