Updated Description: The Burkett Ranch was constructed by 1917. The ranch was initially recorded by the Riverside County
Historical Committee in 1981. It was demolished between 1995 and 1996. It was replaced in 2004 by commercial office building and
associated parking lot.
Updated Significance: A prior survey evaluated the property as status code 6Z - found ineligible for NRHP, CRHR, and Local
Register designation. The ranch site was initially recorded in 1981 by the Riverside County Historical Committee. It was fully
demolished by 1996 and subsequently replaced in ca. 2004 with a commercial office building. The historic resource is no longer
extant. As such, the property is not eligible for inclusion in the NRHP, CRHR, or Local Register.
